There is no reason we can’t take steps to balance the budget.
Start with stopping all money outside the US. ALL!!
Minimize spend internal and start being fiscally responsible. This will have to start with identifying what each division does and spends.
Put stops on it all until we can decide what is a need and what is a want.
If you are receiving federal assistance, there is a time clock on it. It is not forever (in most cases).
Look at all things the government is subsidizing. If that market can’t stand on its own, then maybe it’s not producing enough value
