Allow small farmers to purchase vaccines and pain medicines again without a prescription

As of 2023, the FDA made it so you need a prescription from a Veterinarian to buy pain medicine and vaccination for farm animals. Most small farmers cannot afford to have a Veterinarian come out every time an animal gets sick. We used to be able to treat our own animals. I would like to see a return to this.

I came here to say this! We need access to veterinary medicine back! There are so many minor illnesses that can be treated on site without having to pay thousands to a vet. This law makes owning livestock cost prohibitive.

I only have one caveat to that, when you mention vaccines given to farm animals. If you wish to have that right, without going through a vet, I think you also need to register your animal on a public database before you sell that animal (if you personally gave it vaccines beforehand). This is for the benifit of the general public - not for additional headaches on your end.

Reason by example: Suppose you sold me a hog. Cool, I take it to the local county locker, get it processed, spread chops and sausages all over town to my friends and relatives, and then suddenly a year later, after the hog has been largely consumed (including by myself) and I start showing signs of mRNA spike protein contamination…and then I found out that you have been sticking that hog yearly with mRNA vaccines (for whatever reasons), I would not be a happy camper. You never mentioned the vaccines when I bought the hog from you because you were of “the old school” and thought all vaccines were good and didnt think you needed to mention it. Now a third of my life is suddenly trimmed off over buying that hog from you. See the issue here?

And you might be looking at where the wind is blowing here, regarding vaccines for your farm animals, and start questioning if you want to step into the mRNA vaccine arena…
