In recent times we have seen many activist judges attacking various executive branch decisions. This is done with the intent of slowing down the executive branch’s ability to implement policy. This should stop. A good disincentive for active is judges to create bad decisions would be to fire them if any of their decisions are overturned by the supreme Court.
