Hate crime bills are inherently racists. They offer additional protections to certain races, religions, and those of specific sexual persuasions. Crime is crime it should all have the same penalties regardless of a persons demographic.
Yes, I agree. As an American citizen you have the same rights as everyone else. That is why citizenship is important. Setting any individual or group of individuals above another unconsitutional.
