New Constitutional Amendment Proposal:

Congress shall pass, and send to the Office of the President for their consideration, a Federal Budget, no later than August 15th of each year, for implementation on the first day of the Fiscal Year, October 1st.

Failure to pass a budget and present it to the Office of the President for their consideration by August 15th shall trigger the following actions:

  1. The most recently passed and signed budget shall be implemented for the next fiscal year as it was signed, with all budgeted amounts reduced by the amount of five percent (5%).

  2. The salaries for all Representatives and Senators shall immediately be reduced by the amount of ten percent (10%).

  3. The budgets of all Representative’s and Senator’s offices shall immediately be reduced by the amount of 15 percent (15%).

  4. Failure of the Congress to sub.it a budget to the Office of the President will rssult in ALL members on Congress immediately becoming ineligible for further service in the legislative, judicial or executive branches of government, in perpetuity, at the end of their current term of office.
