- Reduced School Teaching Hours and Year-Round Structure
*Objective: Limit school teaching hours to a maximum of 20 hours per week, with a year-round schedule. After required teaching hours are completed the schools adjust to a boys and girls club type of approach to include play, team tournaments, individual competitions, exercise, and fun,
*Implementation: Schools will operate on a year-round calendar with four-two week vacations annually, rotating dates among school districts to continuous coverage for working parents. There will Government investments in each school to create boys and girls club like atmosphere in each school to include a game room, a media lab, a pool, a gym, and a concession stand.
- Holistic Education:
*Objective: Incorporate holistic training into curriculum to promote social, emotional, a creative development.
*Implementation: Schools will integrate life skills, critical thinking, creativity, and emotional well-being into their teaching methods.
- National Holiday Time Off:
*Objective: Establish December 24th to January 1st as a national holiday with mandatory time off.
*Implementation: Employers are required to provide time off during this period. Emergency employees will receive double pay back by the government.
- Financial Compensation:
*Objective: Provide financial support to citizens during the holiday season.
*Implementation: Each taxpayer will receive $3,000 on December 1st to help compensate for time off and holiday expenses.
- Government Database for Time Off:
*Objective: Create a centralized system for managing time off.
*Implementation: A government database will be developed for managing and tracking employees time off. A guaranteed two weeks time off for single individuals, and four weeks for couples, and 8 weeks for families with school aged children. This is not including the Christmas break. This system will be linked to all tax-paying business to keep them informed and ensure transparency. The government will back the pay for this time off and include a $1,000 bonus for each week scheduled off. Direct deposits will be made 5 business days before the dates scheduled.
