The US government as a whole operates in siloes especially when it comes to how we address global issues and adversaries. The National Security Council’s role in integrating the various departments requires improvement. DOD, Treasury, Homeland Security, etc. should execute actions that are comprehensive and logical in their order of implementation.

Let’s see what departments are left after President Trump and his team cut out the unnecessary ones. He intends to eliminate many of them I believe.
