Weekly Presidential Podcast

I think a weekly podcast could reach more people than the media outlets. Could be used to discuss new policies or all things going on in the Trump admin.

As a Venezuelan, this is a fascist practice. It’s a no from me. Actions speak louder than words. Let the media say what they want- let him show us what he can do instead of yappering about it.

A weekly radio address used to be pretty standard. I remember as a kid listening to Reagan every Saturday on the radio.

Combine this thread with the ‘RFK & Trump Review’ idea!

→ Have some form of ~quarterly review of this forum, and do so publicly. Establish a precedent for future office holders to do the same.

Yeah, I think this is only a matter of time to be honest. For example, I am seeing a lot of people requesting Candace Owens as Press Secretary. She could use her platform and plan out days where she has an organized opportunity for the press to sit down and ask questions rather than the older model where they interrupt each other. With a president also able to speak and take on live questions from people on a live chat, questions can be voted in. Presidents would have to be really knowledgeable and understanding of what is happening in the country while weeding out unnecessary questions. With a panel of president, VP, etc. they can also go through and speak to people live and break down the language that a lot of us forget so we understand the topic and have a “Jamie” or team to fact check on the go. So many opportunities.

This is a phenomenal idea. We witnessed the positive momenum of the president having meaningfully podcast chats.
Conbersation in genuine and conducive to generating ideas.

Thank you.

This would be great! Similar to FDR’s fireside chat radio programs back in the 30’s and 40’s. Let us hear straight from the White House without all the “gotcha” questions and clips taken out of context from the media. Still let the media do their thing (yay, free speech), but give Americans the options to hear straight from the horse’s mouth and make up their own minds. Even include occasional interviews by real and fair journalists or town hall versions. Even include some personal glimpses into the lives of our government servants that demonstrate we all have far more in common than not. This could be a terrific way to unify our country, too, if handled correctly. Love, love, love this!!!
