Publicly define all weather modification systems in the US, then systematically remove those that are capable of destruction.

Investigate past destructive storm systems such as
Hurricane Hellene, abnormal fires in Hawaii and others to determine if they were controlled or interacted in anyway by by HARP or other weather manipulation equipment. If proven prosecute those responsible.

There are several photos posted on the internet of USN ships with weather lazer type equipment on board and plenty of aircraft seeding out skies with aluminum and who knows what.

HARP should be utterly destroyed so it can’t be used against us. Along with outlawing cloud seeding and weather modification.
There is radar evidence of lasers being shot into hurricanes before they take unusual paths as well.
I’m not an expert on this topic but I feel investigating all forms of weather modification and shutting them down is crucial.
Cloud seeding poisons our air, land, and water.

We have a right to transparency when it comes to what is going on over our heads. And a right to not be experimented on without our consent. The skies look damaged. Part of it is by dirty airline fuel that can be cleaned up or replaced. Part of it is by others who secretly do things - is it nefarious - and then call someone that notices a conspiracy theorist. Damaging our soil and nature from above is not good. We need to clean up our skies and let them be blue and vibrant again so all life will thrive.

All forms of weather modification must be stopped effective immediately. We notice in Florida planes putting lines and patterns in the sky, next couple days are cloudy, then it rains. Many of us are getting sick with weird weather stuff like fog and toxins in the sky they use. Biological weapons being used against us? Nuremberg Code anyone? For those doing this, they must be charged and an example made of them. I don’t care if it’s the death penalty, if that is what must happen, so be it.
