Thats a great start but I think the federal government should also make it a nationwide law that any state cannot tax veterans with disabilities for any property be it a house car or anything. We can barely afford to live now at 100% non-employable and get hit every year with a $6500 home tax then $800 on our vehicles. Where does it stop. My property is paid for, but we still have to pay roughly $6-700 per month to save for tax time. I’ve read where tax is voluntary but if you don’t pay you lose your home.
