Mexico has a problem with illegal immigration as well, and those passing through Mexico to reach the US cause problems down there. The illegals entering Mexico have a high likelihood or supporting, using, or joining a cartel in exchange for passage into the United States. The violent criminals who are entering the USA through Mexico are causing problems in Mexico by empowering or enriching the cartels that plague our country by crime & drugs.
So what if we stemmed the tide of immigrants passing through their southern border by a wall while ours is being built?
What if they built a wall we paid for?
There’d be several benefits for this
*It’d only have to be a 541 mile-long wall instead of a 1954 mile long wall
*It’d build relations between Mexico & the USA as a gesture of peace
*It’d severely help stem their illegal immigrant problem, which would then help our illegal immigrant problem.
There is a bottleneck that we can cap…it’s just on Mexico’s side, so let’s help them cap it.
The influx of violent persons into Mexico is destabilizing them, which is then destabilizing us. If we can help strengthen our neighbor, we will be stronger as well. Stopping the tide of violent crime that is passing up from South America & Central America from entering Mexico will surely help with reducing the cartels’ ability to prey on desperate immigrants and continuing the cycle of violence that travels up stream. If we can help stabilize Mexico by preventing illegals from entering their country, we will help prevent illegals from entering our country.
