I think we should need facial recognition, ID, and fingerprint to vote. We have already had a local be turned away in my hometown because her name had already been used and she hasn’t even voted. She just lost the right to vote. If cell phones require facial ID or fingerprint to even open it, then it shouldn’t be a hard system to create and avoid fraud. That way they can prosecute who came through using a fake ID as well. We need this to restore Americans trust in our government, feel safe in our election and trust that we are heard.
I totally agree for the fingerprint with a law that plainly says makes it very clear that it will only be looking for duplicate fingerprints fingerprints on more than one ballot, it will not be used for anything else. And if multiple fingerprints are found that is when an investigation is opened
I dont know that I like would like them having my fingerprint, and couldnt it be rigged Ike everything else, fingerprint or not??
it would be difficult to duplicate your fingerprints on multiple ballots. For example, if you received 50 ballots in your mailbox and filled them all out, each with a designated spot for your fingerprints, the scanner would detect duplicate fingerprints. This would trigger an investigation, and only then would your fingerprints be checked against existing records to identify you and start a full voter fraud investigation.
If your fingerprints are not on file because you’ve never been fingerprinted, you might evade detection. However, most people have their fingerprints on file for various reasons, such as job applications and background checks. I’ve been fingerprinted several times for different jobs and background checks, never for criminal reasons.
Nobody is gettin my DNA or fingerprint. This is the stuff that paves the way for surveillance and control.
