Veteran tax benefits

I feel veterans/active duty should be exempt from paying taxes. Stipulation of one completed contract or medical discharge. We as a nation don’t do nearly enough for our vets and this is another way of saying thank you plus add more encouragement of getting people to join. If member is KIA I believe the surviving spouse should get housing benefits and medical for the sacrifice the member made for our great country.
