Disabled Veterans should be offered grants and subsidies to start and maintain regenerative farms in/around their communities. This will preserve farm land, help with climate change, provide communities with healthy food, increase community sustainability, help veteran homelessness, etc. We already spend so much money on chronic disease, illegal immigrants, and Big Ag why not divert some to this. There’s already schooling through the VA for veterans who want to learn to farm and other resources. Why not give veterans a grant/subsidies to help get them started and provide an opportunity to help the health of their country directly! It’s so expensive now to start a farm!

Excellent policy supporting more veterans to enter regenerative farming and ranching! As a veteran i fully support this!
