While I am a USA citizen I live abroad at the time of writing this policy statement. I have not been challenged to prove my citizenship to sign up to this site or post or interact with policy discussions.
To ensure only USA citizens have a say in USA policies we need to verify users of this site.
Method of verification should include a copy of the user USA passport identification information, and this site must prove it is run by the government or otherwise has permission under law to request such information.
Optionally users can read only until they verify they are USA citizens.
