National vaccine database that allow for continued care for vaccines between states. Each state has a database for state wide vaccine information however there should be an expanded search available that would allow for a national vaccine search. The way it is now without the patients having their own record it can take up to 30 days to obtain records, if the records come at all, and it significantly decreases the compliance of patients outside of the new patient appointment in the next state.
