Vacation time

Requiring employers all over to require to give employees minimum of 3 weeks of vacation time a year . So many people burnt out working their lives away not having time with family . It’s better for everyone’s health . Americans work when they are sick , family is sick or just needing a break. This could also include employer required to pay during lunch break or commuting to work everyday. We take so much time out of our lives for our jobs. Jobs could be paying for this stuff to make people more motivated to come to work and not feel miserable.
