US to Manufacture Precursors and Sell to US Pharmaceutical Companies So We Are Not Dependent on China or other Hostile Countries

The US government should manufacturer the precursors pharmaceutical companies needed to manufacturer medications and sell them to the industry at cost, so there is no debt passed on to the tax payers. This would end our reliance on China and other hostile countries who currently have the power to cripple the industry and negativity impact US health care.
