The document linked above is still mandating that the covid19 vaccination is required to apply for legal immigration. With all the unknown side affects that this medical procedure is causing, I find this very unethical and infringing on my rights to protect my body. This requirement needs to be removed from the I-693 document

I wish more people will see this topic. It’s so important. Include the name of the vaccine in the heading maybe.
Effective January 22, 2025, USCIS waives any and all requirements that applicants for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident present documentation on their Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, that they received the COVID-19 vaccination.
