The incoming administration should consider tracking all of the pieces of the border wall down that were auctioned off by the criminal Biden Regime and recollect them back at the southern border, where they can be assembled into a completed border wall.
The border and the border fence materials belong to the American People. The project was created for the safety and security of the American People. As such, the materials purchased and assembled also represent the property of the American People, who are strongly opposed to loosing their property at the hands of new administrative theft.
Since the American People did not authorize the giving away and auctioning off of our property, we are now requesting that the new administration operate under the powers of Eminent Domain, and seize our property back which was illegally auctioned off, and return the material back to the border, where it can properly serve as it was intended – to provide for additional American safety and security. We also ask that the new administration reimburse those who secured these materials for pennies on the dollar, through this fraudulent auction that was staged simply as cover to give away the property of the American people, and to hold all of those into account for illegally stealing our fence border wall materials without the consent of the American People.
The American People have the right to be secure in their collective property, safe from unreasonable seizures, as stated in the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution. There is nothing “reasonable” about spending thousands of dollars on a costly pre-fabricated section of wall, to have it seized and sold for pennies on the dollar. There is no national emergency or just cause to warrent this wreckless and criminal action. Thus, the new administration may have just cause in use of the power of eminent domain and grounds for “reasonable search and re-seizure” of said property in defense of the collective property rights of the American People. We should not have to absorb the cost of refabricating all new pieces when we can recollect much of what has been stolen from us. This represents a massive cost issue that may be resolved legally, under constitutional grounds. For all Americans, including myself, who are adversely affected in both collective fiscal costs and continued security costs, we seek redress from our government to assist us with returning our rightful border wall supplies and fabrication parts back to the border, where they were originally placed. This is a continued national security issue and we need our government’s assistance in this large-scale logistical task of property recovery.
