Transparency and elimination of the taxpayer funded "sex victim" slush fund

Not sure where to post this policy, but homeland is good because unethical and illegal sex crimes by elected officials is not only criminal behavior and exploitation, it opens up the USA to security issues due to extortion. It also makes it easier to exploit innocent government employees and volunteers.

The US House/Senate created a slush fund from taxpayer dollars to payoff/silence victims of sexual assault and harassment. The policy proposed ends this practice and provides transparency to the taxpayers.

1- make it illegal to create such a fund using taxpayer dollars
2-provide to the public an account of this sex abuse slush fund by total dollars funded, who used the funds, and the age and gender of the victims and the circumstances that resulted in the fund being used.
3- if any victim was a minor under the age of 18, then this will be considered an impeachable offense, as censure offense, and an arrestable offense despite the silence of the victim and any contractual binding of money for silence.
3a) - allow any victim over 18 to charge the perpetrator, despite any contracts regarding the silence for money.
3 b) if the victims choose not to pursue additional justice, then that will be honored.

It is an embarrassment to the USA that such a fund exists, let alone the power privilege that enables this abhorrent behavior. How can we expect US elected officials to vote on criminal legislation on sex crimes when they themselves are committing such crimes. The citizens of the USA deserve better, and they deserve to know how their taxpayer money is spent.

I welcome any additional items to this policy regarding the removal and transparency of the elected official sexual assault silencing slush fund.

Add to that one that all government officials/workers must be current on all payments/tickets include what they owe in taxes until that goes away. We have to pay on time, so should they.
