Transition help for out processing veterans

First off, there isn’t a veteran’s affair category. Beyond that however, this policy proposal comes from personal experience. There is nothing in place right now that truly helps veterans to transition from military life to civilian life. We are dumped out and that is it. There needs to be a team in place for all veterans to help with employment, housing, and medical if needed at the very least. Contact with a local team where the veteran is going needs to be part of outprocessing.
