TRAFFIC - Double Decker Long Island Expressway

The commute from Long Island to NYC, and back every day is eating my life away, especially during rush hour. We need an elevated roadway built above the existing LIE in which there would be express travel from Queens through Exit 62 of Suffolk with no on or off ramps except for major cross island intersections and strategically placed areas for Emergency Service access.
I would literally pay a tax deductible toll to cut down on my commute home every day, its a terrible waste of time and becoming worse every year. While we’re at it, all tolls, gas, maintenance, etc. associated with daily commute from persons primary residence to work location should be tax deductible along with the proposed deduction of car loan interest as TRUMP mentioned. Many positions of employment require workers to travel to different locations directly from their home each day.
The proposed elevated roadway must be constructed to better the lives of future Long Islanders in a strategic way as not to drastically worsen the already existing traffic during the construction period.
