As Fentynal/ Cocaine/ Heroin kills so many US Citizens the countries that make and push it into the US either as an origin maker of it or carrier of it should be compelled by way higher trade tariff rates based on the number of deaths of US citizens annually or semi annually by each drug. This way bad or weak foreign actors for countries involved will be compelled to shut down the problem or heavily mitigate these issues affecting the US citizenry. If they reach compliance for low levels or deaths the tariff will be adjusted to either no or a low number on the tariff. China Mexico Canada Colombia Afghanistan may have the largest focus of this bill
