Most companies use tools like Agile, Lean, Adaptive principles to foster transparency, efficiency, and collaboration. There are so many applications that can be used - Rally, Jira, SwiftKanban, ClickUp, etc. It seems the way that the “government” works is very archaic, using old-school ways of management where there is little data collected to be able to make informed decisions on how to operate. This lack of using tools/applications/structured ways of working also makes it easier for corruption to happen.
