This proposal is for President Trump regarding UFO disclosure. Facilitation and Full Disclosure of Extraterrestrial Phenomena, International Cooperation, Regulate Human and Extraterrestrial Interactions, and Ensure Ethical Practices in the Use of Advanced Technologies
Section 1: Title
This Act shall be known as the “UFO/ET Disclosure and Global Cooperation Act”.
Section 2: Findings and Purpose
The Congress shall find and release the following to The President and American People:
- Two Types of UFOs:
- Extraterrestrial Vehicles (ETVs): These are advanced craft originating from civilizations beyond Earth, exhibiting capabilities far exceeding current human development.
- Manmade Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs): These are electro-gravitic propulsion vehicles or antigravity crafts that have been reverse-engineered from extraterrestrial technologies by secret human organizations, such as military contractors and corporate companies.
- Humanity’s Growing Hostility and Extraterrestrial Concern:
- Most extraterrestrial species are not hostile to Earth or humanity. However, they are increasingly concerned about humanity’s development of nuclear, scalar, and other weapon systems. Numerous testimonies reveal that extraterrestrial civilizations have actively monitored and deactivated nuclear silos as a form of warning and precautionary action.
- Suppressed Technologies and Their Potential:
- Extraterrestrial technology has been studied, reverse-engineered, and hidden from the public since the 1950s, leading to breakthroughs in energy, propulsion, and gravity control. These technologies have the potential to address the world’s energy crisis, environmental pollution, and poverty, but have been suppressed to protect the interests of the powerful.
- Illegal Secret Government Projects:
- An illegitimate, secret organization has been operating outside of public oversight and constitutional governance since the late 1950s, starting under President Dwight D. Eisenhower. These secret projects involve the development and suppression of extraterrestrial reverse-engineered vehicles including and man made technologies.
- These illegal organizations have targeted extraterrestrial vehicles and conducted operations that undermine national and global security.
- Key members of government agencies, Congress, and even former Presidents have been denied access to these covert projects, resulting in a crisis of transparency that undermines the constitutional process.
- Global Threats from Covert Operations:
- The secret organizations involved in these projects have developed technologies capable of launching false flag operations that could deceive the world into believing in an alien invasion or religious “Second Coming” event. These operations, known as Project Blue Beam, pose a significant threat to global peace and security.
- Crimes Against Humanity:
- The continued secrecy and illegal operations surrounding extraterrestrial technologies, including the targeted downing of extraterrestrial craft, constitute crimes against humanity. Immediate action must be taken to refer these crimes to international courts and tribunals.
Section 3: Establishment of the Global Partnership for Transparency and Disclosure
- International Cooperation on Disclosure:
- The United States, in partnership with global leaders, will create a Global Partnership for Transparency to facilitate the full disclosure of extraterrestrial phenomena, UFO technologies, and extraterrestrial interactions with humanity. This partnership will ensure that information is shared between nations, scientific bodies, and the public, promoting open access to historical data and recent findings.
- Formation of the Global UFO/ET Disclosure Council:
- A Global UFO/ET Disclosure Council shall be established, composed of representatives from national governments, scientific communities, non-governmental organizations, and independent researchers.
- The Council’s mission will be to oversee the transparent disclosure of extraterrestrial phenomena, coordinate peaceful extraterrestrial-human interactions, and ensure ethical collaboration in the application of advanced technologies.
- Public Disclosure of Reverse-Engineered Technologies:
- The technologies reverse-engineered from extraterrestrial vehicles, particularly those related to energy generation, anti-gravity, and quantum healing, will be disclosed transparently and publicly.
- All technologies that could have humanitarian applications, such as free energy and advanced propulsion systems, will be made available to solve the world’s energy and environmental crises.
- Ethical AI Use in Extraterrestrial Research:
- Artificial intelligence (AI) will be employed in the analysis and understanding of extraterrestrial data, ensuring the ethical use of AI in extraterrestrial research. AI tools will also assist in the monitoring of extraterrestrial-human interactions, ensuring that all technologies are used for peaceful and beneficial purposes, in line with international ethical guidelines.
Section 4: Investigation, Accountability, and Legal Action
- Full Congressional Investigation:
- Congress shall conduct a full and transparent public investigation into all Secret Space Programs, UFOs, ARV projects, and extraterrestrial-related activities. The investigation will be based on the Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive provided by Dr. Steven Greer, whistleblower testimony, and other credible sources to ensure a thorough review of these operations.
- Executive Orders for Immediate Action:
- The President will issue executive orders to take the following actions:
- Executive Order 1: Direct all federal agencies, military contractors, and private corporations involved in UFO and ARV research to disclose all relevant information and technologies to Congress and the President within six months. Failure to comply will result in prosecution for treason and high crimes against The United States.
- Executive Order 2: Mandate the immediate public release of all US Patent Office patents that have been unjustly suppressed under national security claims. Such patents include technologies related to free energy, anti-gravity, quantum healing, and teleportation.
- Executive Order 3: Establish a full, public, and transparent investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) into illegal operations related to UFOs, ARVs, and Secret Space Programs. This includes prosecution for fraud, kidnapping, treason, and other serious crimes.
- Executive Order 4: Call for a public investigation by the Pentagon into illegal UFO related military activities and prosecution under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC).
- Whistleblower Protection and Amnesty:
- Witness protection will be granted to all UFO, ISG, ARV, and Secret Space Program whistleblowers and their families, including government and private contractors.
- A global amnesty period of 6-12 months will be established, offering whistleblowers, contractors, and government employees the opportunity to provide full, public disclosures without fear of prosecution. After the amnesty period, individuals or corporations that fail to comply will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
Section 5: Regulation of Extraterrestrial and Human Interaction
- Cease Hostile Actions Against ET Vehicles:
- The United States of America, in coordination with other global leaders, The President will issue an executive order to immediately halt all hostile actions against extraterrestrial vehicles, including surveillance, weapon targeting, and interference with extraterrestrial visitation.
- Global Ethical Standards for Extraterrestrial Engagement:
- A set of global ethical guidelines will be established for all interactions with extraterrestrial species. and international cooperation regarding space exploration including travel. These guidelines shall ensure that extraterrestrial contact is conducted peacefully, respectfully, and with full adherence to international laws norms alongside the common man.
Section 6: Global Security and Safeguards
- International Safeguards Against Deceptive Operations:
- The Project Blue Beam initiative, which seeks to create false flag alien invasions or religious events, will be unequivocally banned under international law. Nations will work collaboratively to identify and prevent any attempts to misuse extraterrestrial technologies for deceptive or harmful purposes.
- Technology Use for Peaceful Purposes:
- Any extraterrestrial or reverse-engineered technologies discovered must be disclosed transparently and publicly. Such will be used exclusively for peaceful and humanitarian purposes, such as energy production, environmental restoration, poverty alleviation, and next-generation transportation.
Section 7: Effective Date
This Act shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the President .
