Before renting out a property we should be aware of hauntings on the property so we can decide rather or not that would affect our living experience. It’s not safe going into a rental unaware what you will experience. As societal views on paranormal phenomena evolve , there should be a future movement towards greater transparency in real estate practices. Landlords who fail to disclose significant information about a property should face legal repercussions if the tenant experience distress or harm due to undisclosed factors related to the haunting claims.
