The Preservation of Cash Currency

Cash, including banknotes and coins, shall remain legal tender within the jurisdiction. All entities, including businesses and public institutions, must accept cash for transactions unless explicitly exempted by law.

The government will maintain and update infrastructure necessary for cash circulation, including mints, distribution networks, and secure storage facilities.

Banks are required to maintain physical cash services, including withdrawals and deposits, at a level that meets public demand. Reducing these services beyond a set threshold requires government approval.

I think technically they are they just some of them just aren’t doing it but I if there was a place that didn’t accept cash I just wouldn’t go there.
