The line between citizens and non-citizens is being intentionally blurred, misleading Americans into thinking our country doesn’t truly belong to us. The Constitution is designed for American citizens, and its protections do not extend to illegal aliens.
Members of Congress should be assessed on their dedication to upholding the Constitution and how effectively they prioritize the interests of their constituents, the American people, over those of illegal aliens.
Congress should issue a detailed proclamation of clarification stating the following:
The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, serving as the foundation for all legal and governmental actions within the United States. It is the ultimate authority that guides the nation’s legal framework and governance.
The Constitution conveys rights and privileges exclusively to citizens and legal residents of the United States. These rights include freedom of speech, due process, and equal protection under the law. While non-citizens and temporary visitors may receive certain protections, they are not granted the full spectrum of constitutional rights.
The Constitution does not extend constitutional rights to illegal aliens. While illegals may be afforded basic human rights and protections, they do not possess the same constitutional privileges as citizens and legal residents.
Congress must declare unequivocally that constitutional law is recognized as the only valid and enforceable law of the land. This means that all legal proceedings, government actions, and judicial decisions must adhere to the principles and stipulations outlined in the Constitution.
Congress must declare unequivocally that no other set of laws can be practiced on American soil. This includes foreign laws, religious laws, or any other legal systems. The supremacy of constitutional law ensures a uniform legal system across the nation, maintaining consistency and fairness for all of America’s citizens and legal residents.
Illegal aliens do not have Miranda rights. Only citizens are entitled to be represented by legal counsel. An illegal alien’s only legal remedy, to being arrested or apprehended, is deportation.
Illegal aliens do not have the right to own property.
Illegal aliens are not permitted to enter into any contract whatsoever.
Illegal aliens cannota be issued official identification, certifications of qualifications, or any accommodations that encourage their continued presence.
Illegal aliens are not permitted to hold elected, appointed, or administrative positions in government or private industry.
Illegal aliens cannot receive funds from the U.S. Treasury in any form.
Illegal aliens cannot use the education system at any level.
Illegal aliens are only eligible for medical services during deportation procedures.
Illegal aliens cannot work in any capacity in any sector of our economy.
Illegal aliens cannot serve in the military or in any police or security forces.
Illegal aliens do not have a constitutional right to carry a gun in our country.
Illegal aliens cannot vote in any election, federal, state, or local.
There is a difference between being a citizen of a country and being an interloper in someone else’s country. Our congressional leaders need to appreciate this difference.
Individual citizens voted and made it clear we considered what the last administration did in bringing in an invasion of unvetted illegal aliens absolutely against the constitution and the American citizens.
Groups are fighting against individual voters to invalidate our votes. Political groups with massive amounts of money to create confusion and chaos are destroying us.
We need laws passed to protect the individual citizen voter. Never allow misbehaving groups to invalidate our vote.
Laws to make clear the difference between citizens and illegal aliens would restore our constitutional protections.
We have been required to believe that the US Supreme Court has the final work on all matters regarding constitutionality of laws; however, that was not embedded in the constitution. I would suggest, therefore, that the constitution be amended to allow the SCOTUS to opine on constitutionality but with a requirement that on any matter that they declare unconstitutional that the matter be referred back to the US Senate for debate and concurrence or refutation. The courts are not elected; the senate is; there fore the senate would, putatively, be more likely to reflect the opinion of citizens. In the event the senate cannot agree on an issue, the issue should be phrased as a constitutional amendment and placed before states’ legislatures for final adjudication.
All judges deserve to be taken down a peg or two or three, IMO. I don’t consider the judicial branch to be co-equal because they are not elected therefore not democratically chosen.
As for your list, I would like to see taking any public remuneration from the government or availing themselves of free public services by illegal aliens banned. While it’s true that to the extent they work in the legitimate economy that they pay income taxes and that they pay sales taxes on purchases, their non-citizen status should exempt them from those taxes while simultaneously denying them public services. That would go a very long way toward stemming the flow of illegals into the country.
To understand what is truely happening you must first understand and accept what is a truth. All the five eyes nations have been infiltrated and are currently being destroyed by traitor governments. This is not a coincidence it is a co-ordinated attack. In the USA it was apparent when the USA government opened its borders and let in over 10 million people, largely unvetted, including what are clearly 100’s thousand of enemy combatants. The Democrats did this and lost and election over it. This they were apparently, willing to lose although obviously tried not to. What could be that important.
Interesting today that Jefferies spoke about securing the border, seems late also may seem strange that there has been little in the way of protest from democrats as the border has been closed. You might say this is because the Democrats know this is a losing policy. Wrong. The democrats have pivoted. they now have enough people in the country to destroy it, their new hill to die on is keeping them in the country. This you are witnessing everyday. They are defending MS13 terrorists not because they like them but they want the courts to delay and stop the repatriation of their foreign insurgent army (this isn’t about votes, that is just a plus). You are witnessing the same in the UK. The traitor government has let in enough people to destroy the nation, they are now pivoting to close the border now there are enough insurgents in the country. They have also learned from the USA and are not leaving it too late. By the time of the next UK election the traitors will be able to say they stopped the boats and will legalise around 3 million invaders including 500,000 insurgents.
Congress can write any law it wants, haven’t we just learned that a traitor president and traitor administration will only enforce the laws they want. Our only way to preserve our freedom is to rid our nations of the traitors. Sadly we have two 5 eyes nations having elections in the next month, both have no choice all parties standing are globalist controlled all parties applauding the mass migration of an insurgent army.
Every point you write is correct. Biden would have ignored them all.
