Trump has a chance to address a long standing failure in liberals addressing gender identity safety. That nothing offered so far by any politician actually addresses truly protecting anyone in bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers. Namely, keeping people separated.
If he could make a public proclamation supporting the redesign of public, commercial, and federal facility bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers to single occupancy, non gender facilities. It would address everyones concerns. It doesn’t make it a mandate and it would resurrect this problem in a way where democrats would be vulnerable to an actually good idea.
