The 51st State
A state of consciousness.
A State of Self Actualization.
The Constitution doesn’t specifically exclude an individual from being considered a State.
A strict regiment of qualifications must be satisfied and verified to gain “citizenship” in the 51st State.
The 51st State in a simple way is the corporal body. And the Mind is the Governmental Structure.
But, as more citizens fulfill the requirements and gain 51st state citizenship, they are on a much smaller list of people who can fulfill the roles being a state offers.
The 51st State Citizens will have to fill 2 senate seats, and, depending on our population, a number of seats in the house.
If citizens who want to have more access to the functioning of our government, then the 51st State would be a great way.
