Recent displays of cognitive decline from Joe Biden and Mitch McConnell are both infuriating and heart breaking. Clearly the elderly with cognitive decline are no longer making decisions for themselves and should not remain in power to avoid influence corruption.
Either they should have tests when challenged with a limit on how often they can be challenged to avoid bullying, yearly tests when in question.
