Test dietary supplements

Require dietary supplements be tested for contaminants AND require all supplements be tested for drug interactions and if any require such warning be included on the label.
Have a web based tool where suspected interactions can be reported.

Yes, I agree. But also the product must be tested for it efficacy

Safety in supplements and food is paramount, efficacy I thing is up to the consumer to decide for themselves - it’s a supplement to a normal diet not a medicine. Also, since supplement companies are not allowed to make specific claims so there is no efficacy to prove. Academic institutions sometimes publish small studies of certain phytochemicals but they would not meet the requirements the fda sets for pharmaceutical efficacy.

Reputable manufacturers test their dietary supplements for contaminants already.
