i REALLY REALLY NEED THIS TOPIC TO REACH THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH… Tennessee has a law, were if you are found guilty of Domestic Violence and serve your time, no matter how much time goes by you can not get that expunged from your record… No prior history, and no new events. Just 1 misdemeanor a place and you lose the right to your second amendment. This law needs changed or abolished. It is a detriment to the Constitution of our country. You could be charged with almost anything worse and be able to get your record expunged. But yet this, it’s not possible. It doesn’t sound right to me.
