Provide technical trade school assistance for any and all American citizens. This should include tuition, supplies , room and board and meals. Each student must pass any and all classes to continue to receive assistance. At the end of there training, provide jobs through out the country in the field they studied. Assistance should be given to these students to move to said company/state. Once that student has worked a minimum of 2 years for the company they chose the cost of schooling and training will be forgiven.
