Unqualified teachers
Teachers who don’t have a level of education higher then the kids they are teaching.
This has to be a higher level of the education of the teacher, in order to have a higher level of education then the kids they are teaching.
If anyone can be come a teacher, that are at the same level of education of the kids, how will the kids learn anything more then the teacher.
I feel that the person needs to have a college education in the teaching field, also needs to pass a background check.
There’s a lot of things we have seen happening in the school around the country. If we want better educated kid, we need better educated teachers, to hold these kids to a higher level of education.
1 collage in the teaching field (collage degree would be the best )
2 background check in including criminal background.
3 teaching experience ( 1 year ) at least.
4 US citizen (born here or been a citizen for at least 5 years )
We want better educated kid we need better educated teacher as well qualified to do the job.
