Create cleaner air by charging a grass tax for anyone that has more than 50% of their property as a manicured lawn. Encourage people to grow trees and gardens and create habitat for birds and pollinators. Reduce noise by eliminating so much unnecessary lawncare. Lawn care companies should be planting more stuff instead of cutting grass.
