A Gold Star lapel pin represents the loss of a service member in combat. It is worn by the families of the fallen. What id like to see introduced is a tax deduction program that makes life a little easier on the Wives that lost there Husbands on the battlefield. The last thing they should have to worry about is paying the Government numerous taxes when ultimately there Husbands gave so much to the Government when it came to there Services to the Country. I think it’s an acceptable way to give back and take a bit of the load off Gold Star Families!!

If President Trump does away with the IRS in favor of tariffs, which looks like the direction he may be heading -would you be behind VA loan forgiveness/loan forgiveness/and credit card forgiveness for Gold Star Families? It would definitely help surviving spouses who lost their husbands (or wives) in service or due to their service of their country.
