Tax credits/incentives for farmers markets nationwide

I’m sure there are some but I think it would be a good idea to give tax credits, incentives, etc to help bring better quality produce to communities. This would help small and midsize farmers(via farmers market type outlets) compete against giant agra and such things as mandated growing of crops by the fed. Communities can help by working to provide an optimal venue such as county fair grounds to provide for larger capacity than one setup downtown once a month for example. There might also be assistance for communities getting land use going by the fed. Basically farmers markets on steroids via a plan including job formation encouraged by the wording of any act, i.e. stepped credit for jobs created besides for the actual farmer. Done nationwide in it self, this could fuel employment and better health.
