Decrease taxes for business and corporations, offer large tax breaks for moving their business dealings and operations to American soil, offer tax breaks for hiring Americans as well as maintaining American employment incrementally increasing with 5,10,15 plus year tenures. This will incentivize business to stop outsourcing employment, which has laid off millions of Americans. It will drive the economy and capital back to America instead of giving our power and resources to other countries.
