Tax break for those employed at the city, county, state level in a first responder position. These job fields are already seeing record low recruitment, let alone longevity. Most budgets and wages are paid through taxes. Redundancy in the fact that they are paying taxes then getting paid from said taxes. This could also include public employees as a whole, not limited to just first responder status.
