Remove tactical teams from Government agencies.
Create ONE team under Homeland Sec.
This team will consist of a small group that answers to Homeland Sec.
Use existing police personal from around the country to fill positions.
Create locations around the country where these people can assemble in an emergency.
East, West, South, North and Central would be recommended.
The full time government members would train the members from the police.
This way, there is ONE standard of training. The goal is to eliminate the possibility of another Ruby Ridge, or Waco.
Also, save money by NOT having to staff full time teams for FBI, or ATF.
Also, better oversight by these agencies so that they have proper reasons for conducting raids.
