Require Super PACs to publish their very general ledgers in real time. Afford them and their contributors not a shred of privacy. Require funds to be specifically and clearly earmarked. Require that funds be returnable and be returned when the earmark becomes irrelevant. Limit the amount anyone can contribute to a super pac to $100000. Include super pac contributions in an overall limit to political contributions as well as the limits we already have per candidate. If a payment processing super pac erroneously takes or attributes a contribution, fine them an order of magnitude more than the error or false attribution.
