Stricter Security on School Campuses

As an educator in a growing district, we are experiencing threats to the school every single day. Districts have too much say on what is considered serious enough to be a concern. There needs to be a higher presence of security on every single public school campus. The main goal is for our children to be as safe as possible while they are in our care. Even parents are coming up to schools everyday and make threats to office and teaching staff. We do not feel safe. There are no consequences. Security needs to be a priority in schools!
