Streamline medicare and social security!

I have worked since I was a teenager . Paid into these systems my whole life. Now it is finally time to get something back. (Even though “they” have stolen most of the funds over the years and moved my expected retirement dates out.) Now I am finding out what a bureaucratic nightmare the system is. Surely there is a way to make this fully funded, easy to apply and backed by great insurance for medical dental vision etc., when our older citizens need it most . It is shameful how we throw our old folks away. This is just one example. Can we fix it?
