Stratified Marriage Tax-Cut

In order to fix the population crisis and divorce crisis that we face in the United States, the IRS should implement tax breaks to married couples that are stratified by years of marriage (YOM) and number of children (NOC). The stratification should start initially with 5-year increments and then after 15 years it should change to 10 year increments. Once the couples’ children become 18, they lose their tax-break for (NOC), but retain the (YOM) tax break. I believe that this policy would incentivize young and even middle-aged Americans to not only stay married, barring any serious marital issues, but also to have children that mature in a two-parent household.
