- Second Violation: A formal notice will be sent to the carrier and added to their personnel or contract file, indicating this is the second violation and providing notice further failure of compliance may result in termination or other administrative actions.
- Third Violation: A formal notice will be sent to the carrier and added to their personnel or contract file, indicating this is the third violation and providing notice lack of compliance has resulted in termination or other administrative actions. The carrier shall not be eligible to apply or be placed into a paid USPS position for 12 months.
