2- investigate if additives or tampering of jet fuels is being done. Determine the products of chemical combustion in aircraft (complete or incomplete combustion).
3-There are 40 known compounds in Jet fuel. Research historical composition of Jet fuel and the appearance of persistent vapor trails. Research historical atmosphere air quality and airplane traffic, types of engines.
4- track all aircraft creating contrails, chemtrails, and no trails. Create a database that includes atmospheric weather conditions, airports these planes fly depart from, when fueled, how much, who ecstatic fueled the planes.
5- targeted planes shall have fuel sampled, exhsust in flight ssmpled, and engines and fuel tanks inspected.
6- funding of targeted planes shall be investigated.
7- soil and water samples shall be conducted.
8- All aircraft associated with persistent vapor trails shall be grounded, inspected, and all personnel grounded who maintain said aircraft or fuel the aircraft.
9- Aircraft will resume after all inspections and investigations are completed, a minimum of 30 days.
10- Any compound found in jet fuel or emitted from a jet that is not a normal component of jet fuel A/A1 will be a felony and have a sentence of 20 years in prison, no parole. It is a crime against humanity and experimenting on people without consent.
11- civilians will be employed to monitor the skies and make official reports. They will be provided resources to make their scientific observations and aircraft identification. If an aircraft is identified as having a persistent vapot trail, video and photo evidence will be collected and sent to an official government investigator at the nearest airport. This official will notify Air Traffic Control and order an emergency landing (for safety). At this point, the evidence will be reviewed. Immediate 30 day grounding begins unless the aircraft was incorrectly identified.

Those pictures you are referring to of containers inside the airplanes are water ballast barrels used to control center of gravity during test flights. Yes contrails are different than chemical trails. Chemical trails are crop dusting, or mosquito fumigation. All the white cloudy trails you see in the sky are contrails aka vapor trails and not chemical trails being sprayed on us. Why do you think they stay floating in the sky? Do your own research, I have already researched this. Take a sample of the chemicals being sprayed if you really do want to prove me wrong. We live in the Pacific Northwest, and since taking note of chemtrails weâve never needed a weather app or a compass. Theyâre always sprayed one to two days before it rains, and always flying due North returning empty southbound. This is so reliable that I used chemtrails to find my way out of the woods once. Weâve never seen the grid pattern shown in other photos, always parallel lines running North. Banning chemtrails will take more than just casual legislation, this is being done by the U.S. Air Force. Rumor is these planes fly out of a U.S.A.F. base in Arizona for the entire west coast. Luke Air Force Base in Glendale and David Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson have both made the news just this past month for massive ground water contamination with âforever chemicals.â A friendâs high quality telescope revealed these are cargo planes, often still in some kind of generic commercial paint scheme, and always at around 40,000 ft or above. Albedo (reflection of the sun to counter belief of anthropomorphic global warming) can also be achieved with sulfur, but that one has been monitored and a target for acid rain. Sulfur dioxide is what typically causes acid rain, if anyone recalls that from the 70âs. That resulted in the clean air act and international legislation that decreased it by 80%. The same can be done for aluminum, barium, and silver and whatever else is contaminating our atmosphere. Those 40 plus compounds in jet fuel create byproducts from combustion. Jet fuel composition hasnât changed (theoretically), but the vapor trails have. The high flow engine design does not explain why the same aircraft stops and starts the trail, or why the same jet engine type makes a normal contrail that dissipates after 5 seconds and a persistent trail in the same atmospheric conditions. Therefore, there are additives to the fuel or the vapor trails. Our only atmosphere has been changed. Policy must be legislated to investigate and stop geoengineering (other than cloud seeding for crops using approved methods) and prevent persistent contrails. This is a crime against humanity for experimenting without consent.
The geoengineering haze and weather modification is from the nano-sized particles that suspend in the atmosphere. It attracts water (nucleation). So, saying itâs only water vapor, is misleading. Their size also makes it difficult to detect. You have to use equipment that can catch virus sized particles. This phenomenon has not been rigorously studied to make a final determination of who, what, how, and why. We only have one atmosphere which all living things depend on. Not only are the effects of nano particles harming living things, but the lack of sunlight, too. Yes, it could be considered an existential crisis.

Cloud seeding does not leave contrails. Cloud seeding involves flying a plane over a cloud and dropping chemicals in the cloud so that it can be more likely to rain.

Ballast tanks are used to simulate the weight and balance of a fully loaded aircraft, even when it is flying without cargo or passengers.
