Stop solor on Rural farm land

Foreign companies and creating American LLC, sending out leases to land owners in rural low income communities and manipulating wording and hiring American companies to go to land owners and promise them they are going to make all this money if they lease out there land to put major large scale solor farms on there propority. Our situation here in southeast Idaho is that we don’t have addiquite water to support our self but in these leases the land owners are responsible to provide water daily to wash off these solor panels. Some mothers have to choose to do a load of laundry or give her twin boys a bath if the farm land across the street has there piviots going “where some of these panels would go”. Our fire departments don’t have the resources if they set on fire, these panels would be put right in the middle of a deer migration area, if the hail or lighting storms that we get frequantly during the summer months hits one of these and the toxins that leak out of them and into our ground. Why can’t there be a federal policy that if people would like solor for personal use thats fine but no large scale solor? The wind turbins a nother county close to us put up states they regret it: there are large puddels of oil from the wind turbins at the bottom of them, the county has even loss money on having them. The other large scale solor farm that is about 45 miles from where they want this one also has stated they have lost money not including they solor company is having to take out some panels because they put them on trible land.
