Stop major corporations from buying all the affordable housing

We need to keep affordable housing and land available to the average family. Major corporations are buying up these properties and building condo complexes with unaffordable rent to most. It then drives up the local housing market and first time homebuyers can’t afford a house and rents are inflated as well
